What Is an Air Shower?
An air shower is an enclosed chamber positioned at the entrance to a cleanroom. Personnel or materials pass through and are blasted with high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets that dislodge and remove surface particles dust, lint, hair, and microbes before entry into the controlled environment.
